Walker Hat

Knitted all in one this hat is warm, stylish and has the edge on beanies - you'll have less of the "hat hair" blues!

Knitted here in Jo Sharp's Aran Tweed "Jewel" it takes just two balls of yarn and is knitted on 4mm needles.

Pattern availiable from Thicket Patterns. Written by Last Bus Designs for Thicket.

Jenny

Surely one of the prettiest hats you'll ever knit, Jenny is from Jo Sharp's classic publication "Gathering", a book featuring all the warmth of home and family. This example is knitted in DK Tweed "Eden" but other classics include "Emporio" and "Pulp".

Jenny is written in two versions and takes either just one or two balls of DK Tweed depending on the version you choose.

Close Cloche

This 1930's inspired hat is knitted in stocking stitch throughout and has a brim that rolls up naturally. The knitted flower can either be stitched into place or attched with a brooch pin leaving the flower to be worn as an accessory on other items like winter coats and scarves. This example knitted in Jo Sharp's newest most passionate purple "Parisian". The hat featured as the June 2007 Pattern of the Month to all Thicket members. (We cannot supply the stylishly turned out Parisian man to go with the hat. Sad but true.)

Pattern availiable in Products
