Juliette

This stylish cape knitted entirely in one piece is made in Woolganic's soft, evocatively named "Gaia" and trimmed in Jo Sharp's "Swamp". Finished with an irregularly shaped button from Thicket's Button Collection, the unique wearability of Woolganic's 8 ply features strongly here. It falls with ease, grace and comfort and is able to be worn next to sensitive areas like the neck and face without irriation. Seldom has a yarn offered so much for such a reasonable outlay from you hands and your hip pocket. Once you have knitted with Woolganic's 8 ply, and felt the comfort of it's texture you'll never again need convincing that being "Clean and Green" is a great option.

Photo Two - Woolganic "Deep Earth" Jo Sharp Rare Comfort Kid Mohair "Reed" and Infusion "Darjeeling".

Photo Three - Woolganic "Sangha" Jo Sharp Rare Comfort "Reed" and Infusion "Darjelling".

Basket Case

This scarf was an accident that came good! The yarn began as something else, which was'nt working, then became this shorter length scarf knitted in large basket weave that is just right for wearing in the garden, walking the dogs, hugging to your neck during the ubiquitous colds and flus of winter. I've even slept in mine on a minus 5 degree night!!! Example in Jo Sharp DK Tweed "Iceberg".

New Take

This scarf crocheted in Jo Sharp Alpacca Kid Lustre "Vine" and trimmed in "Provence" is an interpretation of good old "Granny Squares"! Instead of carting a craft bag wherever you go this is a perfect way to take just one ball of yarn and a crochet hook, working on one square at a time. You make the creation as wide or narrow, long or short as you like and wear it many ways. These two colourways look great with weekend jeans and jumpers but why not try "Ecclesiastical Purple and Pagan Orange" (to quote Four Weddings and a Funeral.)
